BOSS presented to Academic Newcomers

The University of Belgrade has developed a training program consisting of 7 modules for new academics (Ph.D. students, assistants, junior professors, post-docs of not more than three years work experience) which aims to build the knowledge, skills, motivation, and confidence to enhance their practice in ways that will improve learning, research and their contribution to society and industry. This program, Training & Research for Academic Newcomers -TRAIN also aims to improve collaboration among new academics, expanding their networks and enhancing their capacity for educational leadership, enabling them to positively influence change.

During the training session on entrepreneurship, which was held on January 31st, Tamara Čolić Milosavljević had the opportunity to talk about the BOSS project and tools developed to stimulate teachers’, researchers’ and students’ ability to initiate and carry out entrepreneurial projects, ranging from opportunity recognition to opportunity exploitation.

Tamara presented the BOSS platform to participants, discussed the possibilities and benefits of utilization of different tools and educational materials, and invited them to register on the platform.
